How do I get started hiring you?

To get started, reach out via the contact form, shoot me an email, or call me. From there, we’ll schedule a 30-minute discovery call to discuss your needs more.

Are there any revisions included with your services?

Yes, I’ll make revisions after I’ve submitted my work. However, full-scale rewrites may require additional payment.

What is the turnaround time for your work?

Turnaround time is 7-10 business days after the contract is signed and the deposit is made. I always make an effort to complete work sooner, but it’s dependent on my schedule.

Do I have to sign a contract or pay a deposit?

Before I start any work with you, a signed contract and paid deposit must be in place. The contract will discuss the scope of the project as well as payment information. A 50% deposit is also required. Upon completion, you’ll pay the remaining balance. I reserve the right to waive the deposit in the future once we’ve worked together.

Do you offer retainer packages?

Retainer packages are available but are dependent on my availability at the time of request. I offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly retainer packages. All have different minimum work, payment, and notice period requirements. Please inquire more if you’re interested.
